The Bitters, consisting of Aerin Fogel and the ever-prolific Ben Cook (Roommates, Young Governor, Fucked Up), is a Toronto-based duo that built a name for themselves forging their self-coined “cave pop.” The genre merges elements of '50s melodies and dark post-punk instrumentals with just a hint of flannel.
